Evoke Advisory (ABN 30 635 824 887) handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can access or correct it.

What we collect

We collect only the personal information you choose to provide: your name, email address, organisation, and any details you include in an enquiry or newsletter sign-up. We do not collect sensitive information.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, send the Evoke Briefing newsletter where you have opted in, and maintain a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated purposes.

Disclosure

We use third-party service providers to deliver our newsletter, manage contact records, and operate this website. Some of these providers are based overseas, including in the United States. We require them to handle information consistent with the APPs. We do not otherwise disclose your information without your consent unless required by law.

Storage and security

Information is held electronically with reputable providers and protected by access controls. We retain it only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses minimal cookies and aggregate analytics to understand how the site is used. Analytics data is not used to identify individuals.

Access, correction, and complaints

You can request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, or make a complaint about how we have handled it, by emailing hello@evokeadvisory.au. We will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
